Privacy policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Sceneform collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes personal information when you use our websites, applications, browser extension, and related services (the "Services").
Sceneform does not sell your personal information. Sceneform does not use your prompts, uploads, Personas, or generated outputs to train Sceneform-owned, shared, or general-purpose artificial intelligence ("AI") models.
1. Scope and roles
This policy applies when Sceneform decides how and why to process personal information. For example, Sceneform makes these decisions for account administration, billing, security, analytics, and support.
When a business customer submits personal information through the Services, Sceneform may process that information on the customer's behalf. A separate Data Processing Addendum or business agreement may apply.
Third-party platforms and AI model providers have their own privacy practices. Section 5 explains when we send information to them.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account and contact information
We may collect:
- Your name, email address, profile image, and account identifiers
- Your organization, role, and workspace membership
- Messages, bug reports, and other support communications
- Subscription, invoice, and transaction information
Stripe processes full payment-card details. Sceneform does not store full card numbers.
2.2 Authentication and connected accounts
When you sign in or connect another platform, we may collect:
- Authentication and session identifiers
- Basic account or channel information from the provider
- Access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the connection
- Publishing identifiers, public post identifiers, and connection status
We access a connected account only after you authorize the connection.
2.3 Content you submit or generate
We collect the content needed to provide creation, editing, storage, publishing, and AI generation features. This may include:
- Prompts, instructions, scripts, and generation settings
- Uploaded images, video, audio, documents, and other files
- Selected source media, links, and copied source files
- Brand kits, products, Personas, and workspace materials
- Generated images, video, audio, text, and project history
- Technical metadata about generation requests and results
We call these materials "Customer Content."
2.4 Browser extension information
The Sceneform browser extension may process:
- Image URLs, dimensions, and visibility state on a page
- The public image you select for a remix request
- Extension settings and local preferences
- Session data needed to connect the extension to your account
- Workspace resources displayed inside the extension
The extension is designed to work with images you select. Sceneform does not use it to collect form contents, text-field contents, or your general browsing history for product functionality.
2.5 Usage, device, and diagnostic information
We automatically collect information needed to operate and protect the Services, including:
- Internet Protocol address, user agent, device, browser, and approximate location derived from the address
- Request times, feature use, model selection, settings, and generation status
- Error details, performance measurements, and security events
- Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
- Subscription, credit, and account activity
Diagnostic records may contain limited Customer Content when needed to investigate a failed request, abuse report, support request, or security incident.
2.6 Face, voice, and Persona information
Features involving Personas, avatars, lipsync, voice, or similar media may process:
- Source images, video, or audio containing a person's face or voice
- Facial or vocal characteristics needed to perform the requested generation
- Consent and feature-use records
- Generated media and technical request metadata
Sceneform does not sell biometric information. Section 6 explains how we use face and voice information.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Create and secure your account
- Provide the features and generations you request
- Store, organize, display, and publish your projects
- Connect platforms you authorize
- Process payments, credits, subscriptions, and refunds
- Provide support and troubleshoot failures
- Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and policy violations
- Measure reliability, performance, and feature use
- Communicate about your account, transactions, support requests, and material policy changes
- Comply with law and protect Sceneform, our customers, and other people
We may use aggregated or de-identified usage information to understand and improve the Services. We do not use Customer Content for Sceneform model training.
4. AI training and service improvement
4.1 Sceneform does not train on Customer Content
Sceneform does not use Customer Content to train or improve Sceneform-owned, shared, or general-purpose AI models.
We may inspect specific Customer Content when necessary to:
- Complete a support request you initiated
- Investigate suspected abuse or a security incident
- Enforce our Terms of Service
- Comply with law
Access is limited to personnel and providers who need it for those purposes.
4.2 Any future Sceneform training program requires opt-in
If Sceneform offers a model-improvement contribution program in the future, it will be disabled by default. We will explain what content the program uses and ask for separate affirmative consent.
A future change to this Privacy Policy will not make previously submitted Customer Content eligible for Sceneform training.
4.3 Feedback and usage data
We may use voluntary product feedback to improve Sceneform. Customer Content is not feedback unless you clearly submit it for that purpose.
We may use usage statistics that do not contain Customer Content to improve pricing, reliability, safety, and product design. Examples include request counts, model selection, latency, error rate, and feature adoption.
5. AI model providers and other service providers
5.1 AI model providers
Sceneform sends the Customer Content required for a generation to the provider that operates or hosts the selected model. Providers used by Sceneform may include fal, OpenAI, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Hume, Replicate, and Runway. Available providers and models change over time.
Some providers route a request to another company that operates the selected model. Providers may process prompts, source media, outputs, and request metadata for generation, moderation, abuse prevention, support, or service improvement under their applicable business or application programming interface terms.
Sceneform does not voluntarily opt Customer Content into an optional provider training or data-sharing program. Provider retention, training, and zero-retention controls vary by provider, model, contract, and account configuration.
Contact [email protected] before submitting sensitive or confidential Customer Content if you require:
- A provider-specific no-training commitment
- Zero data retention
- A particular processing location
- A Data Processing Addendum
5.2 Other service providers
We share personal information with providers that help us operate the Services. These may include:
- Cloud hosting, storage, database, and content-delivery providers
- Authentication and account-management providers
- Payment and billing providers
- Analytics, error-monitoring, and customer-support providers
- Email and communication providers
- Security, fraud-prevention, and content-moderation providers
These providers may process information only for the services they provide to Sceneform or as otherwise permitted by their applicable agreements and law.
5.3 Connected platforms
When you connect a platform such as Google, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook, we send information to that platform only for actions you authorize. For example, we may upload an approved video or retrieve account and publishing status.
Connected platforms process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
5.4 Legal disclosures and business transfers
We may disclose information:
- To comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request
- To protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of the Services
- To investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of Sceneform
Any successor remains subject to this Privacy Policy for information collected under it unless applicable law and a new notice permit a change.
6. Faces, voices, and biometric information
Sceneform processes face and voice media only to provide the feature you request, keep the Services safe, provide support, and comply with law. Sceneform does not use this information to identify people outside the requested feature.
Sceneform does not:
- Sell face, voice, or biometric information
- Use face or voice information for advertising
- Use face or voice information to train Sceneform models
- Feature face or voice Customer Content in marketing without separate permission
AI model providers may receive source media and create technical representations needed to perform the requested feature. Their retention and use depend on the selected provider and its applicable terms, as described in Section 5.
You must have the depicted or recorded person's permission and any consent required by applicable law before submitting face or voice media.
You may request deletion of stored face, voice, Persona, and generated media by deleting the applicable content or contacting support.
7. Analytics, cookies, and advertising
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and extension functionality.
Analytics and operational records may contain device information, account identifiers, feature events, request settings, and performance data. Providers may include PostHog and Meta. Optional PostHog browser analytics and Meta Pixel load only after you consent to their respective categories.
Sceneform does not use Customer Content for third-party advertising. We do not sell personal information. Depending on where you live, certain analytics or advertising-measurement disclosures may qualify as "sharing" or targeted advertising under local law. Where required, we provide a consent or opt-out control.
You can change your choices at any time through Cookie preferences in the site footer or account menu. You can also control cookies through your browser. Blocking required cookies may prevent authentication or other features from working.
8. Google user data
When you sign in with Google or connect Google or YouTube features, we may access your email address and limited account or channel information needed for the requested feature.
We use Google user data only to provide and maintain the Google-connected features you authorize. We do not use Google user data for advertising or AI model training.
Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
9. TikTok user data
When you connect TikTok, we may process information you authorize, including:
- Username, display name, avatar, and account identifiers
- Account statistics and available video metadata
- Access and refresh tokens
- Upload, publishing, post, and status identifiers
We use TikTok user data to connect the selected account, show account context, retrieve authorized content and analytics, upload approved videos, publish or schedule posts, and track publishing status.
We do not sell TikTok user data. We do not use TikTok user data for third-party advertising or AI model training.
10. Data retention and account deletion
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy.
10.1 Customer Content and account data
We normally retain Customer Content and account data while your account remains active. You may delete individual content where the product supports it or request account deletion through support.
After a subscription ends, Sceneform may schedule the account for deletion after a seven-day recovery period. During that period, you may contact support about an accidental cancellation. When scheduled deletion occurs, we remove the account's projects, generated media, uploads, Personas, brand materials, connected-account records, profile, and settings from active Sceneform systems.
10.2 Limited retention after deletion
Some information may remain for a limited period:
- Backups remain until they rotate out under our backup schedule
- AI model providers retain request data according to their applicable terms and settings
- Billing, tax, and transaction records remain as required by law
- Security, fraud, abuse, and dispute records remain as needed to protect the Services and legal rights
- Records remain when law requires preservation
We do not use retained copies for Sceneform model training or marketing.
10.3 Connected accounts
Disconnecting a platform stops new access but does not automatically delete information already sent to that platform. Use the platform's controls to manage information it retains.
11. Data security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, and restricted personnel access.
No service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for choosing appropriate content to submit to third-party AI models.
12. International data transfers
Sceneform and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different privacy laws from your country.
Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards, such as contractual protections. Contact support if you need information about safeguards that apply to your data.
13. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete information
- Receive a portable copy
- Restrict or object to processing
- Withdraw consent for future processing
- Opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising
- Appeal a denied privacy request
- Complain to a privacy regulator
Email [email protected] to exercise a privacy right. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
You may use an authorized agent where applicable law permits. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
14. Children's privacy
Sceneform is not intended for anyone under 18 or the age of legal majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Services.
Contact [email protected] if you believe a child has provided personal information. We will investigate and delete it where required.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Services, providers, law, or our data practices.
We will give notice before a material change that reduces your privacy rights where required by law. We will not use a policy update alone to enroll Customer Content in Sceneform model training.
