This Privacy Policy explains how Sceneform ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, web app, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). 1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account and Contact Information

• Billing information: payment processing details are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.

When you use Sceneform creation and generation features, we may collect and store:

• Prompts, instructions, and generation settings
• Uploaded files and selected source media

• Generated outputs, generation history, and related job metadata

If you use the browser extension, this can include a selected public image URL from a page you choose to remix, a copy of that source image ingested into our systems, your prompt, and selected generation options.

1.4 Browser Extension Data

If you use the Sceneform browser extension, the extension may process:

• Image data on pages you visit: such as image URLs, image dimensions, and image visibility state, to determine whether the extension can show the remix flow for a given image.
• Extension state and preferences: such as whether the hover overlay is enabled.
• Session-related extension data: information used to keep the extension connected to your Sceneform account.
• Workspace data returned to the extension: such as your brand kits, products, personas, and related image thumbnails.

The extension is designed to work with images. We do not use it to read page text fields, form contents, or browsing history for product functionality.

1.5 Usage, Device, and Technical Information

We automatically collect some technical and usage data, including:

• Log data: such as request timestamps, IP address, user agent, and error details.
• Device and browser data
• Analytics events: such as connection events, generation request events, and service reliability metrics.
• Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies: used for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the Services: including authentication, media ingestion, generation, storage, history, and playback.
• Operate the browser extension: including showing extension UI on eligible images, connecting your extension session, and starting generation requests you trigger.

• Prevent abuse and enforce policies: including reviewing prompts, source inputs, metadata, and generation activity to detect unwanted, explicit, harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited use.

3. Analytics and Tracking

We use analytics and operational telemetry to understand how the Services are working and to monitor reliability, security, and abuse.

• Connection events: for example, when an extension connection starts, succeeds, or fails
• Generation request events: for example, when a generation starts or fails
• Performance and error events

Depending on the feature, analytics and operational records may include metadata about your request, such as model, aspect ratio, resolution, whether a persona or brand kit was used, and other request settings. For abuse prevention, trust and safety, troubleshooting, and product operations, we may also retain prompts, source references, and generation-related content in our first-party systems.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Session Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, security, preferences, analytics, and extension functionality.

For the browser extension, we may also use browser-provided local storage to store extension preferences and session-related data necessary to keep the extension signed in and working.

When you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google or YouTube-related functionality, we may access and process your Google account email and limited account or channel information necessary to provide the requested feature.

We use Google user data only as needed to provide and maintain the Google-connected features you authorize, such as authentication, channel retrieval, or publishing-related workflows.

We do not use Google user data for advertising. We handle Google user data in accordance with applicable Google API Services requirements, including the Google API Services User Data Policy.
