Yes. Unused plan credits roll over for one billing cycle, up to twice your monthly allowance. Monthly and annual plans both receive credits each month, so an annual subscription does not grant the full year's credits upfront.

You can buy a one-time credit top-up from your billing dashboard without changing plans. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months, and Sceneform uses your subscription credits first.

Providers price models differently based on factors such as duration, resolution, audio, and output quality. Sceneform converts those costs into credits and shows the exact amount before you confirm a generation.

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with Stripe-calculated proration and the additional credit entitlement is added at once. Downgrades are scheduled for your next renewal so you keep the plan and credits you've already paid for.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing is charged upfront at the price of 10 monthly payments, so you get 2 months free. Your credit allowance is still added monthly, and unused plan credits can roll into the following month.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Your plan and remaining credits stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. Unused credits expire when the subscription ends, while videos you already exported remain yours.

Yes. If Sceneform isn't for you, ask us in the in-app chat within 3 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method, provided you've created fewer than 3 videos. A refund closes your account and its content, and each account can use this once.
