What the MP4 contains

The converter first tries to copy the WebM's video and audio into the MP4 without compressing them again. If that fails, it encodes H.264 video and AAC audio.

Open the MP4 in the app that rejected the WebM before you delete the original.

Transparent backgrounds are lost

MP4 does not support transparency. If your WebM has a transparent background, the MP4 will show a solid one.
