Terms of service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sceneform's websites, applications, browser extension, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who may use Sceneform
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is higher. You must be able to enter into a binding contract.
If you use Sceneform for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to the organization.
You may not use the Services if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your login credentials.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account without our written permission. You may not create multiple accounts to avoid limits, enforcement, or payment obligations.
Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
3. How the Services work
Sceneform provides tools for creating, editing, managing, and publishing media with artificial intelligence ("AI") and other software.
3.1 Third-party models and infrastructure
Sceneform uses third-party AI models, hosting providers, storage providers, and other service providers. When you choose a generation feature, we may send the content needed for that request to the provider that operates the selected model.
Providers may apply their own technical limits, acceptable-use rules, moderation systems, and data-retention practices. These providers may change, suspend, or discontinue their services. This can affect Sceneform's availability or results.
Our Privacy Policy explains how Sceneform and these providers process your information.
3.2 AI output limitations
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review outputs before using or publishing them.
Outputs may not be unique. Other people may receive similar or identical results. We do not guarantee that an output is original, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or free from third-party rights.
3.3 Service changes and limits
We may add, change, restrict, or discontinue features. We may impose reasonable limits on storage, file size, generation volume, concurrency, or automated use.
Beta, preview, and experimental features may change or stop without notice. They may be less reliable than generally available features.
4. Subscriptions, credits, and payments
4.1 Recurring subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees and taxes to your payment method at each renewal.
You can cancel through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the checkout terms say otherwise.
4.2 Credits
Some plans include credits for AI generation. The credit cost depends on the selected model and settings and appears before generation.
For plans sold under the July 2026 catalog:
- Monthly and annual plan credits are granted monthly
- Unused plan credits may roll over up to twice the monthly allowance
- Separately purchased top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase
Older plans keep the credit rules shown when they were purchased. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money.
4.3 Plan changes
An upgrade may start immediately. If it does, we may charge the new plan price, move your billing date, and grant the new plan's credits immediately.
Downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal. The terms shown during checkout control if they differ from this section.
4.4 Refunds
You may request a refund within three days of an initial purchase or qualifying plan upgrade if you have created fewer than three videos. If we approve the refund, we will close the account and delete its created videos. This refund is available once per account.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, other fees and credits are non-refundable. Renewals, partially used credit purchases, and expired credits are not refundable.
4.5 Taxes and payment disputes
Prices do not include taxes unless checkout says otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
We may suspend paid features after a failed payment or chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
5. Your content and intellectual property
"Input" means content you submit to the Services, including prompts, text, images, video, audio, files, brand materials, and instructions. "Output" means content generated for you by the Services. Inputs and Outputs together are "Customer Content."
5.1 Your ownership
You retain all rights you have in your Inputs.
As between you and Sceneform, you own any rights Sceneform may have in your Outputs, to the extent applicable law permits. Sceneform does not claim ownership of Customer Content.
This section does not give you rights in Sceneform's Services, models, software, templates, trademarks, or third-party materials.
5.2 Limited permission to process Customer Content
You give Sceneform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, modify only as technically necessary, and display Customer Content solely to:
- Provide the features you request
- Store and display your projects
- Keep the Services safe, reliable, and compliant with law
- Investigate support requests, abuse, security incidents, or legal claims
We may sublicense this permission only to providers that help us perform these tasks. We may transfer it as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of Sceneform, but the recipient remains subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
This license ends when Customer Content is deleted from our active systems. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or as needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or dispute-resolution obligations.
5.3 No Sceneform model training
Sceneform does not use Customer Content to train or improve Sceneform-owned, shared, or general-purpose AI models.
If Sceneform offers a model-training contribution program in the future, participation will require a separate affirmative opt-in. A future update to these Terms will not make previously submitted Customer Content eligible for training.
Third-party model providers process Customer Content under their applicable business or API terms. The Privacy Policy explains this distinction.
5.4 Marketing requires permission
Making Customer Content public does not give Sceneform permission to use it in advertising, case studies, or promotional material.
We will ask for separate permission before featuring your Customer Content in marketing. You may withdraw that permission for future uses by contacting support.
5.5 Feedback
If you voluntarily send ideas or feedback about Sceneform, you allow us to use that feedback without payment or restriction. Customer Content is not feedback unless you clearly submit it for that purpose.
5.6 Storage and backups
Sceneform is not a backup service. Keep copies of Customer Content you need. We may remove content after account termination, when required by law, or when it violates these Terms.
6. Faces, voices, and Personas
Some features process images, video, or audio of identifiable people to create Personas, synthetic speech, avatars, lipsync, or similar results.
You may use these features only when:
- You are the depicted or recorded person
- You have that person's informed permission
- Applicable law otherwise allows the use
You may not create or use a Persona, face, or voice to deceive, defraud, harass, impersonate, or mislead people. You may not create non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving minors.
Sceneform does not sell biometric data. Sceneform does not use face or voice data to train Sceneform models. Model providers may process source media and technical representations to perform the feature you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and their applicable terms.
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by biometric, privacy, publicity, employment, or other applicable law.
7. Your responsibilities
You confirm that:
- You have the rights and permissions needed for your Inputs and intended use of Outputs
- Customer Content and your use of the Services do not violate law or another person's rights
- You will comply with applicable platform rules when publishing to connected services
- You will review AI outputs before relying on or publishing them
You may not:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity
- Create or distribute content that violates intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights
- Create sexual or exploitative content involving minors
- Create non-consensual intimate imagery
- Circumvent moderation, security, rate limits, or access controls
- Scrape the Services or use unauthorized automation
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract Sceneform software, source code, model weights, or confidential provider mechanics
- Interfere with the Services or another person's account
- Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive campaigns
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary.
8. Sceneform's intellectual property
Sceneform and its licensors own the Services, including its software, designs, interfaces, workflows, documentation, trademarks, and other technology. These Terms give you a limited right to use the Services. They do not transfer ownership of the Services to you.
You may not copy, sell, license, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except as these Terms or applicable law allow.
9. Intellectual-property complaints
If you believe content on Sceneform infringes your rights, email [email protected] with:
- Your contact information
- A description of the protected work
- The location of the content
- A statement explaining why the use is unauthorized
- Any other information required by applicable law
We may remove disputed content and terminate repeat infringers.
10. Connected platforms
You may connect Sceneform to services such as Google, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook. You authorize us to access and send data to a connected platform only as needed for the actions you request.
Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's terms. Sceneform does not control connected platforms and is not responsible for their availability, content, or independent data practices.
11. Suspension, cancellation, and deletion
You may stop using Sceneform or cancel a subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay, or expose Sceneform or another person to legal liability. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the problem.
We may terminate the Services without cause on reasonable notice. If we do, we will refund prepaid fees for Services we do not provide.
After a subscription ends, we may schedule the account for deletion following the recovery period described in the Privacy Policy. Download Customer Content you want to keep before access ends.
Sections that must remain effective to serve their purpose survive termination. These include ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, and rights needed to resolve legal or security matters.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent applicable law permits, Sceneform provides the Services "as is" and "as available." We do not make implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Services will always be available, secure, or uninterrupted
- AI outputs will be accurate, original, lawful, or suitable for a particular use
- Customer Content will never be lost
- A third-party provider or connected platform will continue operating
Mandatory consumer warranties in your jurisdiction still apply.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent applicable law permits, Sceneform and its affiliates, personnel, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
Sceneform's total liability arising from the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- The fees you paid Sceneform during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim
- $100
These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them. They do not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Indemnity
To the extent applicable law permits, you will defend and indemnify Sceneform against a third-party claim resulting from:
- Customer Content you submitted without the required rights or consent
- Your unlawful or deliberately harmful use of the Services
- Your material violation of these Terms
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Sceneform's own misconduct or an unauthorized change Sceneform made to Customer Content.
We will promptly notify you of a covered claim and allow you to control the defense, subject to our right to participate. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by Sceneform or imposes obligations on Sceneform without our written consent.
15. Disputes and applicable law
Contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally.
These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or access to courts that applicable law gives you. Any governing-law or forum rule must yield where your local law does not allow that rule.
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, applicable law determines the governing law and courts with jurisdiction. Contact [email protected] if you need Sceneform's legal entity or registered-address details before making a claim.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, security requirements, or business practices.
We will give at least 30 days' notice before a material change that reduces your rights, unless law or an urgent security issue requires an earlier change. We may ask you to accept material changes before continuing to use the Services.
We will not use a Terms update alone to enroll Customer Content in AI model training. Any Sceneform training program requires a separate affirmative opt-in.
17. General terms
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts stay effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our written permission. Sceneform may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of its business, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms shown for a feature or purchase form the agreement between you and Sceneform concerning the Services. A signed business agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, except for payment obligations.
